Chia pudding

Chia Pudding

This is a great breakfast, snack or dessert.

The combination of berries, seeds, figs and natural yoghurt, not only tastes great but it’s super nourishing and easy to make.

All you need a small jar or container with a lid and a spoon

Serves 1


– 4 tbsp chia seeds
– 2 tbsp. organic natural yogurt (or coconut yogurt if vegan)
– 2 dried figs, chopped into small pieces
– 250ml almond milk or other non dairy milk of your choice
– Fresh berries
– Mixed seeds – linseeds, sunflower & pumpkin seeds are great!


Place the chia seeds and yoghurt in the bottom of a jar. Pour the milk in and stir.
Add a lid and place in the fridge overnight. Serve with fresh berries, chopped figs and mixed seeds

Optional: Add raw cacao nibs for a tasty dessert

You can serve after 4 hours being in the fridge too, overnight is not essential, but ideal if you’re planning your breakfast the night before.
