Session 2 is all about how to feed yourself properly & what that means, when you’re a super busy mum.
Session 3 we cover a little bit about gut & digestive health
Session 4 Mindful Eating, relationship with food, emotional eating for you and for your family
Session 5 Self care & SLEEP
Session 6 is all about the important of your menstrual cycle, how to be prepared for peri-menopause – which we need to think about in our 30s….. not 40s…
While you get more out of the live sessions, you can catch up afterwards, as all sessions are recorded

I help women through the various lifes changing stages from menstrual health challenges, post natal depletion (or busy mum syndrome) all the way through to menopausal years.
My approach is gentle, compassionate and honest.
I am not your average Nutritionist, as I shy away from diets, detoxes, cleanses and such limiting approaches.
I will help you to rediscover your true, happy and energetic self to benefit your immediate goal but for the long term.

For chronic conditions or lingering symptoms, in particularly diagnosed fertility issues my motto is Test, Don’t Guess!
Testing does not tell you everything there is to know about a person, but it is often useful to rule-in, or rule-out, certain factors.
Functional testing is typically done privately and not the common tests you get on the NHS / HSE.
It's very rare that someones chronic health issues are caused by just one factor so I will always continue look at the big picture, client symptoms, health history, life experiences and life style factors.
I work with a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach, combined with functional medicine methods to uncover underlining root causes.
