In today's fast-paced world, we've been taught to push through discomfort, ignore our body's whispers, and rely on quick fixes like pills to mask the symptoms. But deep down, many of us feel that disconnect - the longing to feel more in tune with our bodies and empowered in our health.

Non-diet approach to health
I take a non-diet , weight-inclusive approach that focuses on true healing - not chasing the scale. We'll work together to uncover what's holding you back from feeling your best, without restrictive diets or endless "can't have" lists.
We'll help you reconnect with your intuition around food, so you can discover what truly nourishes your body and what doesn't. The result? Healing from within - no diets, no deprivation. Healthy without the obsession with weight loss? Radical, right?
Through mindful practices, personalised support, time, headspace, and actionable tools, we’ll explore your eating patterns, emotional needs, movement, stress levels, and more—helping you create sustainable changes without guilt or shame.
While I welcome clients who want to lose body fat, my focus is always on healing from the inside. Obsessing over weight alone can prevent us from truly understanding what our bodies need—like better energy, deeper sleep, improved mood, sharper focus, and a calmer mind. I encourage everyone to put weight loss on the back burner, and instead focus on other symptoms you're looking to improve. During the liberating process of inner discovery and learning, most people discover that their body fat was never the problem.

Diet Liberation Programme
Diet Liberation“” is a 6 month 1:1 programme for anybody who wishes to improve their relationship with food, their body, considers themselves to be an emotional eater, starts a new diet hoping this one will be different, or had an eating disorder or currently has binge eating disorder. The structured programme is both personal and comprehensive.
Using Nutritional Therapy, Life Coaching, CBT and neuroscience you will discover your true power.
The program is based on the Three ‘F’s :
Feed Yourself Properly;
Forgive Yourself Quickly; and
Focus on Health & Wellbeing, not weight loss, as the goal.
What to expect?
1. Book FREE Discovery Session here
2. Assuming I can support you, during the chat we will agree a suitable programme and price plan for you
3. You will be booked in for your first consultation - booking confirmation sent is email
4. Complete and return a detailed Client Intake form, 3 day food & wellness diary and any medical records you're happy to share with me
5. I review your intake form, diary and medical records ahead of our session and plan the first session
6. First session is 60 minutes 1:1 either online by video call or face-to-face in Shankill, Dublin
7. Subsequent sessions are 50 minutes long
8. Detailed session notes, activities / homework / practices, information handouts, supplement information, GP / further test requests etc. are all sent after each session in writing, so you don't need to spend the session making notes
9. Every session is different - your feedback, challenges, successes and barriers will guide the conversation and focus of each session
10. Nutrition and Lifestyle Therapy will be rewarding and empowering for you. Committment of a few minutes everyday is needed to create new habits so allow yourself this time for your long term success.
