Well, I practice intuitive eating, in a weight inclusive and non diet approach, which is evidence based supporting people, like you to cut the bull sh1t from their food guilt, beliefs and stop dieting.
I work with you to understand what drives your eating habits

Get to grips with hunger cues

Listen to your body, physically and emotionally

Ignore and discourage noise from external sources

Understand if you are using food to fill an empty space, distract yourself or relieve your boredom

We still dig deep into your background to find the root causes of your symptoms, but we do so with an open mind to food. I offer functional medicine testing, like hormonal urine or saliva panels, genetic testing, blood tests, stool analysis and all the tools available to me to help you regain health. This part is no different from other practitioners.
