As a busy single mum of a child with special needs, I felt drained and lacking in energy for a long time, but I just got used to it and thought it was due to my responsibilities, stress and ageing. I used to get headaches and sometimes dizziness and I had not found a fix… that was before I met Oonagh!

Her consultations, common sense advice about improving my lifestyle to prioritise sleep, relaxation and a much more effective diet led to me becoming revitalised. At the age of 40, I felt 18 again!

My eating habits were terrible. I was a total fat ‘phobic’ and didn’t eat any vegetables. How I looked was very important to me and even more important, than how I felt inside, or so I thought. I first sought advice from Oonagh, when my hair started to fall out. That was a wake up call I needed.
Having met Oonagh, and discussed my issues with her, I gradually began a process of cleaning up my diet, eating real food, adding some vegetables and good fats.
